# Membership missing from Memberships view

If a membership is missing from your normal Memberships view, check Hidden Memberships in your Membership settings.

If the membership appears there, select “Unhide Membership” to move it back to your active Memberships view.

If you’re trying to cancel a renewal and still can’t find the membership or the “Cancel Subscription” option, contact Passes Support for account-specific help.
