Fan subscriptions

Some creators offer paid memberships that give fans access to exclusive content, messages, livestreams, communities, or other benefits. Available tiers, pricing, billing options, and perks are set by each creator. ## Subscribe to a creator <ol> <li>Go to the creator’s Passes page.</li> <li>Select the membership tier you want.</li> <li>Review the price, billing terms, and included benefits.</li> <li>Confirm your payment.</li> </ol> Membership benefits can vary by creator and tier. Review the offer before subscribing. ## Manage a subscription You can view your active memberships, renewal dates, benefits, upgrades, and cancellation options from the Memberships section. For help finding memberships and orders, see <a href="https://help.passes.com/article/d0ac513f-access-memberships-and-orders">Access memberships and orders</a>. ## Cancel a subscription You can cancel a recurring membership from the Memberships section. Canceling stops future renewals, but you will usually keep access until the end of the paid billing period. <ol> <li>Go to Memberships.</li> <li>Select the membership you want to manage.</li> <li>Choose Cancel subscription.</li> <li>Follow the prompts to confirm.</li> </ol> Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges or unused time. ## Lifetime memberships Some creators may offer lifetime memberships. Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew like recurring subscriptions. Lifetime memberships cannot be upgraded or canceled like recurring subscriptions. If a creator removes a lifetime tier, existing lifetime members keep access to the benefits included with that tier, but the tier may no longer be available for new purchases. ## Billing and payments Creators may offer different billing options, such as monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime memberships. Available options depend on the creator and tier.
