Smart Pricing for Mass Messaging
## What is Smart Pricing?
<p>Smart Pricing helps you set unique prices for individual fans within a selected price range when sending paid mass messages. This personalization can help make pricing feel more relevant to each fan and may increase the chance of purchase.</p>
## How to enable Smart Pricing in mass messages
<ol>
<li>Go to <strong>Mass Message</strong>.</li>
<li>Toggle on <strong>Pay to View</strong>.</li>
<li>Check the box next to <strong>Smart Pricing</strong>.</li>
</ol>
## Set your price range
<p>To use Smart Pricing, you’ll need to choose a minimum and maximum price.</p>
<ul>
<li>The minimum price must be at least <strong>$5</strong>.</li>
<li>The maximum price can be up to <strong>$200</strong>.</li>
<li>The difference between the minimum and maximum price must be at least <strong>$25</strong>.</li>
</ul>
### Recommended price ranges
<p>Avoid using price ranges that are too wide. Consider ranges like:</p>
<ul>
<li>$5-$30</li>
<li>$30-$60</li>
<li>$65-$100</li>
<li>$100 and above</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> Since it’s usually easier to lower prices than raise them, choose a minimum price you’re comfortable with.</p>
## Scheduling mass messages with Smart Pricing
<p>Scheduling mass messages that use Smart Pricing is not available right now, but this feature is planned for the future.</p>
## Monitor price distribution and performance
<p>After sending a mass message with Smart Pricing, you can review its performance in analytics.</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to <strong>Creator Tools</strong> > <strong>Analytics</strong>.</li>
<li>Find the mass message sent with Smart Pricing.</li>
<li>Click <strong>More Info</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Statistics</strong>.</li>
</ol>
<p>You’ll be able to see the distribution of prices sent and the most common purchase price. Use this information to help adjust your pricing strategy for future messages.</p>
