Unrecognized charge

# Unrecognized charge
If you see a Passes charge you do not recognize, review your account activity first. Some charges may come from subscriptions, renewals, unlocked content, messages, livestreams, tips, shop purchases, or other paid creator content.
## 1. Check your Passes account
Sign in to the Passes account that may have made the purchase, then check your recent activity.

Review:

Orders: Check recent purchases and paid items.

Payment history: Check recent charges, dates, amounts, and payment methods.

Memberships: Check active creator memberships or recent renewals.

Messages or unlocked content: Check whether paid content was purchased or unlocked.

## 2. Check for active subscriptions or renewals
If the charge was for a membership, it may be a recurring renewal.

If you no longer want to be charged for a membership, cancel the active subscription from your Passes account. Canceling prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous charges.
## 3. Check whether someone else used your account or payment method
If you share a device, account, or payment method with someone else, ask whether they made the purchase.

If you believe someone accessed your Passes account without permission:

Change your Passes password right away.

Review your recent purchases and account activity.

Remove any payment methods you do not recognize.

Secure the email account connected to your Passes account.

Contact Passes Support.

## 4. Contact Passes Support
If you still do not recognize the charge, contact Passes Support so the team can review it.

Include:

The email address or username connected to your Passes account, if you have one.

The charge amount.

The charge date.

A short description of what you see.

The last four digits of the card only if needed to help locate the charge.

Do not send your full card number, CVV, password, verification codes, bank login, or screenshots showing sensitive payment details.
## 5. If your card may be compromised
If you believe your card was lost, stolen, or used without permission outside of your Passes account, contact your bank or card issuer. They can help secure the card and review unauthorized activity.
## What happens next?
Passes Support may review the charge, account activity, purchase history, subscription status, and payment details available on the account.

Refunds or reversals are reviewed case by case. Passes cannot guarantee a refund before the charge is reviewed.
