Hacked account
If you think your Passes account was hacked or accessed without permission, contact Passes Support as soon as possible.
## What to do first
- Change your Passes password if you can still access your account.
- Change the password for the email address connected to your Passes account.
- Review your recent account activity, payments, messages, settings, and profile details.
- Do not share login codes, password reset links, or account access with anyone.
## If you are a creator
If you are a creator, also review your payout details, earnings activity, creator profile, paid content, memberships, and recent fan messages for anything you do not recognize.
## If you are a fan
If you are a fan, review your recent purchases, memberships, payment methods, messages, and account settings for anything you do not recognize.
## If you cannot access your account
If you are locked out or your login information was changed, contact Passes Support and include as much account information as you can so we can review your request.
## What to include
- Your Passes username.
- The email address or phone number on the account.
- Whether you use Passes as a fan, creator, or both.
- When you first noticed the issue.
- What changed on the account, if anything.
- Screenshots of suspicious activity, emails, charges, payouts, messages, or settings changes.
## Account recovery
Passes Support may ask for information to help verify account ownership before making changes to the account. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
If you also see unauthorized charges, see [Fan payments: methods and billing](https://help.passes.com/article/6ea2ba86-fan-payments-methods-and-billing).
