# Hacked account

<p>If you think your Passes account was hacked or accessed without permission, contact Passes Support as soon as possible.</p>

## What to do first

<ul>
  <li>Change your Passes password if you can still access your account.</li>
  <li>Change the password for the email address connected to your Passes account.</li>
  <li>Review your recent account activity, payments, messages, settings, and profile details.</li>
  <li>Do not share login codes, password reset links, or account access with anyone.</li>
</ul>

## If you are a creator

<p>If you are a creator, also review your payout details, earnings activity, creator profile, paid content, memberships, and recent fan messages for anything you do not recognize.</p>

## If you are a fan

<p>If you are a fan, review your recent purchases, memberships, payment methods, messages, and account settings for anything you do not recognize.</p>

## If you cannot access your account

<p>If you are locked out or your login information was changed, contact Passes Support and include as much account information as you can so we can review your request.</p>

## What to include

<ul>
  <li>Your Passes username.</li>
  <li>The email address or phone number on the account.</li>
  <li>Whether you use Passes as a fan, creator, or both.</li>
  <li>When you first noticed the issue.</li>
  <li>What changed on the account, if anything.</li>
  <li>Screenshots of suspicious activity, emails, charges, payouts, messages, or settings changes.</li>
</ul>

## Account recovery

<p>Passes Support may ask for information to help verify account ownership before making changes to the account. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.</p>
