# Get started as a fan Passes lets fans subscribe to creators, buy content, send messages, join livestreams, purchase shop items, and support creators directly. To get started, create a fan account, find creators you want to follow, and choose the experiences you want to access. ## Create a fan account <ol> <li>Go to Passes.</li> <li>Sign up with your email, phone number, or available login option.</li> <li>Follow the prompts to verify your account.</li> <li>Add a payment method if you want to subscribe, buy content, tip, or make purchases.</li> </ol> You must use accurate account information and follow Passes rules when using the platform. ## Find creators You can discover creators through creator links, search, recommendations, social media, or direct invites from creators. When you visit a creator’s page, review their available memberships, posts, shop items, livestreams, and other offers before purchasing. ## Subscribe to a creator Some creators offer memberships with recurring billing. Memberships may include access to exclusive posts, messages, communities, livestreams, or other creator benefits depending on what the creator offers. <ol> <li>Go to the creator’s Passes page.</li> <li>Choose the membership or offer you want.</li> <li>Review the price, billing terms, and included benefits.</li> <li>Confirm your payment.</li> </ol> Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. ## Buy content or shop items Creators may sell paid posts, unlocked content, custom offers, digital items, merchandise, event access, or other shop items. Before buying, review the title, description, price, preview, delivery details, and any terms shown at checkout. ## Message creators Some creators allow fans to send messages. Depending on the creator’s settings, messaging may be free, paid, or available only to certain fans or members. Creators choose how they manage their inbox and may not be able to respond to every message. ## Join livestreams or calls If a creator offers livestreams or one-on-one calls, review the date, time, price, access rules, and description before purchasing or joining. Make sure you are logged in with the account used to buy access. ## Manage payments and memberships You can review your payment methods, billing history, purchases, and active memberships from your account settings. If you no longer want a recurring membership, cancel it before the next billing date. Canceling a membership stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges. ## Stay safe on Passes Only use Passes through official Passes pages and links. Do not share your password, verification codes, full card number, CVV, bank login, or government ID in chat. If something looks suspicious, such as an unexpected charge, impersonation, scam, unsafe content, or account access issue, gather the relevant account and transaction details before asking the agent for help.
