Passes NPS survey

Both creators and fans can now share direct feedback about their Passes experience - right from the app on web or mobile. ## What is an NPS survey? NPS stands for **Net Promoter Score** - it's a simple way for us to understand how you're feeling about Passes on a scale of 0–10. We used to send this survey by SMS, but now it lives directly inside the product so it's easier than ever to share your thoughts. ## How it works If you've logged into Passes within the past 90 days and haven't submitted a response in that time, the survey will pop up in the **lower right corner** when you open Passes. Here's what to expect: 1. You'll be asked how likely you are to recommend Passes to a friend - on a scale of **0 to 10**. 2. After hitting **Submit**, a second prompt will ask: *"What's the Main Reason for Your Rating?"* Want to skip it? Just hit the **x** in the upper right corner of the survey at any time. ## FAQ ### When will the NPS survey appear? You're eligible to see the survey if: - You've logged in within the past **90 days** - You haven't already submitted an NPS response in the past **90 days** ### Do both creators and fans see it? Yes - every Passes user may see the survey. ### What happens with my feedback? Your responses go directly to our internal teams to help us understand what's working and what can be better. Every rating and comment helps shape improvements to the platform.
