> For the complete documentation index, see [llms.txt](/llms.txt).

Creators and fans may see an in-app survey asking them to share feedback about their Passes experience.

## What is an NPS survey?

NPS stands for Net Promoter Score. It asks how likely you are to recommend Passes to a friend on a scale from 0 to 10, where 0 means not likely and 10 means extremely likely.

## How it works

If you’re eligible, the survey may appear while you’re using Passes on web or mobile.

Here’s what to expect:

You’ll be asked: How likely would you recommend Passes to a friend?

Select a rating from 0 to 10.

After selecting your rating, click Submit.

You’ll then be asked: What’s the Main Reason for Your Rating?

You can add optional feedback, then select Send Feedback.

If you don’t want to complete the survey, you can close it using the x button.

## Who can see the survey?

Both creators and fans may see the NPS survey.

## Why didn’t I see the survey?

The survey does not appear to everyone every time. You may not see it if you recently submitted or dismissed the survey, or if it has not been selected to show during your session.

## What happens with my feedback?

Your feedback helps Passes understand user experience and improve the platform for the community.
