Deactivating fan account

You can deactivate your account from your account settings.</p> <p>Before deactivating, review any active memberships, recent purchases, unlocked content, paid messages, or payment history you may want to keep track of. Deactivating your account does not automatically guarantee a refund or cancel every past purchase.</p> <ol> <li>Log in to your Passes account.</li> <li>Go to <strong>Settings</strong>.</li> <li>Select <strong>Account</strong>.</li> <li>Open your account management options.</li> <li>Choose the option to deactivate or delete your account.</li> <li>Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.</li> </ol> If you do not see the deactivation option, cannot log in, have pending creator funds, or receive an error while trying to deactivate your account, gather these details:</p> <ul> <li>Your Passes username or account email.</li> <li>Whether you are using a fan or creator account.</li> <li>The device and browser or app you are using.</li> <li>The exact error message you see, if any.</li> <li>Whether you have active memberships, pending payouts, or open orders.</li> </ul> <p>If you cannot log in, do not see the deactivation option, or get an error while trying to deactivate, the agent may escalate to human.</p>
