Sign up as a creator

You can apply to become a Creator on Passes by creating an account and completing the creator application flow. Creator applications include account setup, social account connection, phone verification, identity verification, payout setup, and review. ## Before you start Make sure you: <ul> <li>Are at least 18 years old.</li> <li>Have access to the email address you want to use for your Passes account.</li> <li>Have at least one active social media account connected to your creator brand.</li> <li>Have a valid, unexpired government-issued ID for identity verification.</li> <li>Have a device with a working camera for the selfie check.</li> </ul> ## 1. Start creator signup <ol> <li>Go to Passes.</li> <li>Select the option to sign up or apply as a Creator.</li> <li>Enter your email address and complete email verification if prompted.</li> </ol> If you already have a Passes account, sign in first and continue the creator application flow from your account. ## 2. Enter your basic account details Add your required account information, including your username, display name, and birthday. Your birthday cannot be changed later, so enter it carefully. Creators must be 18 or older. You may also need to agree to the Creator Terms of Service before continuing. ## 3. Connect your social media accounts Connect at least one active social media account that represents you or your creator brand. Connected accounts help Passes review your application. After you are verified, connected accounts may be displayed on your public profile, except for Discord. For the smoothest review, use social accounts that are active, accurate, and clearly connected to you or your creator brand. ## 4. Verify your phone number Add your phone number and complete the verification code step if prompted. Phone verification helps Passes keep your account secure and notify you about important creator activity, such as fan messages and earnings. ## 5. Complete identity verification Follow the on-screen identity verification prompts. You may need to submit a valid government-issued ID and complete a live selfie check. Make sure your ID is clear, unexpired, and matches the information on your account. Blurry, cropped, expired, or mismatched documents can delay or prevent approval. ## 6. Add payout information You may be asked to add payout information as part of creator setup. Payout availability can depend on your account status, identity verification, tax setup, payout method, country, and provider support. ## 7. Submit your application After you complete the required steps, your application will be reviewed. If your application is approved, you’ll receive confirmation and can continue setting up your Creator account. If your application is still under review, wait for the review to finish before submitting another request. ## If you cannot finish signup If you get stuck during creator signup, check that your account details are complete, your social accounts are connected, your phone number is verified if required, and your identity verification was submitted successfully. If you still cannot continue, contact a human for help. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment details, ID photos, selfies, or other sensitive documents through chat unless you are given an approved secure path.
