## Memberships and subscriptions ### Viewing your memberships - Head to the **Memberships** section on your dashboard to see all your active subscriptions. - Check renewal dates and review the benefits included with each membership. ### Managing your subscriptions - Cancel or upgrade anytime from the **Memberships** section. - Follow the on-screen prompts to switch tiers or update your preferences. ### Accessing exclusive content - Your membership unlocks exclusive posts, videos, and messages from creators. - Visit the creator's profile to view all the content available to your tier. ### Blocked/Restricted User - Purchased Gallery Content Access - Blocking or restricting another user limits future interactions between the two accounts, such as messaging, following, and profile-related actions. However, Gallery content that was already purchased should generally remain accessible unless the purchased content record has been removed or hidden, or the content itself is no longer available for viewing. #### If you cancel your membership or move to a lower tier - Media you purchased individually remains available in your Gallery after your membership changes. - Content that was only included with a specific membership tier remains available while your paid access to that tier is active. Once that access ends, you’ll need an active qualifying tier again to view that tier-included content. ## Shops - **Browsing products:** Head to the **Shop** section on a creator's profile to explore physical or digital items. - **Making a purchase:** 1. Go to Creator’s page then choose **Shop** tab 2. Click **Buy now** on the item you want to purchase 3. Read description then choose **Proceed to Checkout** when ready to purchase 4. **Review & Pay** window will pop up with your preferred shipping address, discount code if it’s available 5. Last page will have the total amount, additional fees and Payment method - **Order history:** - Find all your previous purchases in the **Orders** section. - Track shipping and delivery status for any physical items there too. ## Livestreams ### Finding livestreams - Look for upcoming streams on the creator's profile or through the **Watch Streams** section in the navigation bar. - Some livestreams require a one-time fee or pay-per-view, while others are included with your membership. ### Joining a livestream - Jump in at the scheduled time using the link provided. - Engage with the creator and other fans through chat or by submitting questions during the event. ### Catching the replay - Missed the stream?
