Sell merch in your Shop
Creators can sell merch, digital products, custom requests, event tickets, and personal items from the Shop.
## Add a new Shop item
1. Go to Shop in your creator profile dashboard.
2. Select Add Product.
3. Choose the type of item you want to add.
4. Fill in the product details:
- Add a name and description
- Set the price
- Add any discounts, if available
- Upload product images
5. Select Publish.
Once published, the item is live in your Shop and available for fans to buy.
## Sell shoutouts or personalized requests
1. Go to Shop in your creator profile dashboard.
2. Select Add Product.
3. Choose Offer custom requests or Sell digital content, depending on what you want to offer.
4. Clearly describe what fans will receive, such as a personalized video message.
5. Set your price.
6. Select Publish.
7. Promote the listing through posts or mass messages.
Fulfill each order by delivering the personalized message or content as promised.
## Other things you can sell
You can also sell:
- Event tickets
- Personal items
- Digital content
- Custom requests
## Archive a Shop item
Archiving a Shop item hides it from fans and makes it unavailable for future purchases.
If an order was placed before the item was archived, the existing order is not automatically canceled. It should continue through the normal fulfillment process.
To make the item available again, use Relist Item.
